4-Year-Old Program
Our 4-year-old curriculum includes developmentally appropriate complex math and science activities.
We also integrate a literacy curriculum that is based on the “Author of the Month” and writing centers.
Beginning writing and reading skills emerge as the students write their names, recognize words and comprehend stories. Dramatic play is enhanced as the imagination of the 4-year-old takes off. Role playing is extremely important in understanding what is going on in the world around them. Group interaction skills and self-discipline skills are further practiced by circle time and learning center choices. Our low student to teacher ratio allows the teachers to get to know the students individually and to interact with each student each day.
