Our Staff

Jen is passionate about educating young children and is excited to share her knowledge with the TBT Preschool community!  She believes great parent and school relationships are necessary for maximum school success.

Jen has been in the education field for over 18 years.  She has both teaching and administrative experience.  Jen has taught students ages 3-8 and spent over 10 years teaching Kindergarten.  Jen’s background in Early Childhood Education gives her a unique understanding of the developmental needs of a Preschool child.

Jen has a Master’s degree in Education and holds multiple CT state certifications.  She continues to expand her knowledge of Early Childhood Education through professional experiences.  Jen looks forward to continuing the long-standing traditions and commitment to excellent education at TBT Preschool for many years to come!

Gail has been with TBT Preschool for over 20 years.  Gail teaches our 2 and 3-year-old children.  She is passionate about art and nature and her students reap the benefits of her passion though her engaging and creative centers and lessons.   Gail loves to watch her student’s creativity blossom through play!

Kathy has been with TBT Preschool since 2013, she received her B.S. in Education from the University of New Hampshire.  Kathy teaches our 4-year-old children.  She absolutely loves planning and creating learning experiences for her students.  Kathy resides in Madison with her husband, daughter and her beloved dogs.

Casey received her Bachelor’s degree in Education and English from Eastern Connecticut State University. Casey teachers our 2-year-old children.  Although she has taught ages ranging infant to sixth grade, she absolutely loves teaching our 2’s. Casey enjoys creating memorable first school experiences for our our youngest children.  When Casey isn’t working, she is traveling, kayaking, and spending time with her family.

Sarah has been at TBT Preschool  since 2019.  She received her Masters Degree in Early Childhood education at Wheelock college in Boston, MA.  She worked at Franklin Square House Children’s Center (a prestigious, NAEYC accredited preschool on Mission Hill) for 3 years before moving to Madison to start a family. 

Sarah lives in Madison with her husband and 2 children. Prior to joining us at TBT Preschool, Sarah has been running several creative and fun enrichment programs for children here in Madison for the past 10 years.  Sarah also teaches Mindfulness Programs and Kids Yoga for us here at TBT Preschool and the Madison community.  Sarah has a genuine love for children and a passion for teaching them to be kind to everyone and to respect and appreciate differences. 

 Tami is a teacher in our 4’s program, she has been caring for preschool to school aged children for 10 years.  She is passionate about imaginary play over technology and creating special bonds with children comes naturally for her.  When Tami is not at TBT Preschool she loves to travel and enjoys spending time with her family  and friends especially on the beach! 

Marci is a teacher in our 3’s program.  She received her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science from the University of New Haven.  Marci lives on the shoreline with her husband, 3 children, her dog and cat.  When she is not at TBT  Preschool she enjoys reading, crafts, and being outdoors especially watching her children on the field or stage. Marci’s  gentle and nurturing spirit is a great addition to our TBT Preschool community!

Stacy has been with TBT Preschool since 2013.  She has a Master’s degree in Education.  Stacy is the facilitator for our “Ready2Go” (child and companion) program.  As a parent of three she loves to use her personal parenting experiences and educational background to support young families.  Stacy can also be found in our classrooms lending a helping hand!
