Our Staff

Jen enjoys sharing her love of educating young children with the TBT Preschool community! She believes great parent and school relationships are necessary for maximum school success. Jen’s background in Early Childhood Education gives her a unique understanding of the developmental needs of a preschool child.

Jen has been the Director at TBT Preschool since 2019 and in the education field for 25 years. Jen has experience teaching students in preschool three-year-old programs through second grade and she taught Kindergarten for 10 years. She has been in an administrative role for almost a decade.

Jen has a master’s degree in education and holds multiple CT state certifications. She continues to expand her knowledge of Early Childhood Education through professional experiences and is an education consultant for local childcare centers.

When not at TBT Preschool Jen enjoys reading and can be found on a soccer field or in the bleachers at a track with her husband watching her 3 children. Jen looks forward to continuing the long-standing traditions of TBT Preschool!

Sarah has been at TBT Preschool since 2019. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in early childhood education. The combination of these concentrations gives her the intuition and ability to work well with both children and adults. Sarah has a passion for both children and education, and enjoys keeping current the field which demonstrates her commitment to continuous learning and growing as an educator and administrator.

Sarah has also taught yoga, and mindfulness programs in the Madison community, and teaches children’s yoga at TBT Preschool. She has run several camps and enrichment programs in the Madison community. Sarah has a love for running these types of programs where she works to foster leadership skills with both children and teen counselors while having a whole lot of fun. She is thrilled to be running the summer camp program here at TBT.

Sarah has a genuine love for children, and a passion for teaching them to be kind to everyone, and to respect and appreciate differences. Sarah lives on the shoreline, with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys being at the local beaches with her family any chance she gets. She looks forward to continuing to work with the children and families as well as the teacher and staff at TBT Preschool for years to come!

Kathy has been with TBT Preschool since 2013. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire. Kathy has been in the education field for over 10 years. She absolutely loves planning and creating learning experiences for her students. Kathy resides in Madison with her daughter and her beloved dogs. She enjoys riding her bike at the beach and spending time in her garden.

Amanda has been with TBT Preschool since 2022, she holds an associate’s degree in early childhood education and brings over 15 years of experience teaching pre-kindergarten.

Amanda is a dedicated teacher who applies her passion for creating individualized lesson plans tailored to each child’s unique needs. She is committed to providing the support and encouragement necessary for every child to flourish.

Amanda is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education with a concentration in Program Administration and Leadership, further strengthening her ability to inspire and guide young learners and her fellow educators. Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two dogs, reading and spending time outdoors.

Catherine is an experienced educator with over 15 years dedicated to the Montessori philosophy, working closely with parents and children to create nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environments. She holds a bachelor’s degree in child study and a master’s degree in education.

Catherine’s background combines her deep understanding of early childhood development, with hands-on experience in the Montessori classroom, where she fosters curiosity, independence, and a love for learning. Her approach emphasizes collaboration with families to support each child’s unique path to growth and discovery.

Alisha began at TBT Preschool in 2024, she has worked in the early childhood education field for 15 years, with children ages birth to 4. Alisha holds a master’s degree in educational leadership.

Alisha lives on the shoreline with her husband and their two boys. When she is not watching them play sports, she enjoys reading, going to the beach, and going for walks.

Casey has been with TBT Preschool since 2020, She received her bachelor’s degree in education, and has been working with children for over a decade.

Casey has taught ages ranging infant to sixth grade, she absolutely loves teaching our youngest learners! Casey enjoys creating memorable first school experiences for our youngest children.

When Casey isn’t working, she loves to spend time with her family traveling, creating art with different mediums, baking, and being by the ocean.

Gina has a master’s degree in social work and has many years of experience working with young children in various educational settings including the Madison Public Schools. Her background in social work provides a deep understanding of her students social and emotional needs and an effective way of engaging with parents.

Gina loves creating a nurturing and inviting classroom with a creative spin and is especially talented at creating dramatic play areas that promote self-expression and good communication skills for her students. The combination of her creativity, love of children, and innate teaching ability make her a great addition to TBT Preschool. She brings her enthusiasm and joy to her classroom each day.

Gina lives on the Shoreline with her husband and 4 children. She enjoys going to the beach and all things Disney!

Marci has been with TBT Preschool since 2020. She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of New Haven.

Marci lives on the shoreline with her husband, 3 children, 2 dogs and a cat. When she is not at TBT Preschool she enjoys; reading, attending sports events, being outdoors, and especially watching her daughter perform on stage.

Marci’s gentle and nurturing spirit is a great addition to our TBT Preschool teaching community.

Cat has been with TBT Preschool since 2020. She loves spending the afternoons, exploring nature and facilitating creative activities for the children. However, you can find her anywhere and everywhere here at TBT preschool. Cat helps in every classroom each day and every child at the school knows her and adores her.

Cat has incredible musical talent, and she leads a music class with the children at TBT monthly and sings with them daily!

When Cat is not with the children at TBT Preschool, she is on stage performing with her sister and cousin in their band “The Midnight Anthem”! Her co-workers love to get out and see her band live!!!

Flannery Pantall joined TBT Preschool in 2024. She is bringing with her over a decade of experience in early childhood education. Having taught kindergarten for more than 10 years, she developed a deep passion for nurturing and guiding young children.

After taking a hiatus to focus on raising her three boys, Flannery is excited to return to the classroom. She, her husband, and their 3 boys moved to shoreline. two years ago, where they continue to enjoy the local community.

Flannery is thrilled to be a part of the TBT Preschool team, where she can continue to care for the hearts and minds of young learners.

Stacy has been with TBT Preschool since 2013. She has a master’s degree in education.

Stacy is the facilitator for our “Ready2Go” child and companion program. She can also be found in our classrooms lending a helping hand!

As a parent of three she loves to use her personal parenting experiences and educational background to support young families.
